Our CTA-1 is perfect for people on the go and folks who live in a home part time. The entire system is cleaned and tuned in one visit. You don’t have to worry about meeting a technician at your home twice a year! Because this is a one visit per year plan the condensate and air filter are only cleaned once per year. We suggest the CTA-2 plan if you have a history of water leaks or allergy problem.
Our CTA-2 is designed for customers who have Indoor Air Quality issues and suffer from allergies. Your entire system is tuned and cleaned twice a year. In addition we treat the indoor coil with Microbiocide. This product kills the algae on your indoor coil and clears up bad smells associated with Dirty Sock Syndrome. This treatment leaves your air fresh and healthy.
We perform our CTA maintenance to Energy Star and ACCA guidelines. We thoroughly clean, test and make adjustments recommended by manufacturers. Below is a partial list of the work performed by our NATE certified technicians
