Canady’s mission is to provide the highest quality air conditioning and heating systems that solve the customers’ problems. We shall be experts in our field utilizing the best tools, technology and skill. We shall exceed the customers’ expectations in every process and procedure. We shall make every task a “demonstration of how we will do it the next time”. We shall become referral dependent.

3. Maintain a written policy and procedure manual that ensures “we do it the same every time.”
4. Maintain a company culture by communicating our goals and what is expected. We shall reward “over the top performance” and make it the rule.
